At first I was intimidated by the long hours. After the first class I was extremely excited to come back! Nikki always greeted us with a smile and was excited to teach even though she was exhausted from her busy schedule. We started suctioning the first class! She made sure we became professionals at everything she taught us. Also, she gave us confidence in the classroom which helped me in my externship hours. I had confidence going and I was glad to say Nikki taught me this. Dr. Kun was a big help as well. On the first day of my externship hours he let me suction as soon as I walked in. I wasn't nervous at all because he guided me! I'm thankful that I joined this program because now when I start hygiene school next spring I'll have more experience. Thank you!! Fay was awesome too!

Having been out of school for over 25 years, I was excited but nervous about attending the classes. Within 15 minutes of my first class, I loved it! The small class size allowed a lot of personal attention to each of us and also helped to bond to the other students. Let's just start by saying that it never even crossed my mind to do this, until two friends introduced me to the program and told me to take it with them and give it a try. So I did and I signed up not ever knowing if I really would like it. But now I love it. Class was always fun, never boring, and you got to do hands on. I actually looked forward to class every Saturday, and now I am kind of upset that it came to an end. I've learned a lot though and I can't wait to find a job. The overall experience of the 12 week program has been EXCEPTIONAL! The vibe on the first day of class was great. The warm welcome that the director, teacher and doctor gave was great as well.
