Holly has made dental assisting a lifelong career. She Started in New Jersey, just out of high school and two years later relocated to Bethlehem, Pa, as she was considering going for her dental hygienist license. When she realized that she loved the variety of what she does in a General Dental office, she decided to continue as an assistant. At that time she received her Certified Dental Assistant status and she has maintained it for many years. 13 years ago, Holly joined Fay and Dr. Kun at the Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting and has grown to love and have a passion for teaching. To be able to share with students the love of dental assisting has been very rewarding for Holly.

Trena is a Connecticut native and received her degree in Agricultural Science from the State University of New York. She then moved to Pennsylvania and started her career in floral design. After many years of working in that field, Trena decided on a career change, and in 2005 attended LVSODA. She started employment in the field in an orthodontic office following graduation. She then transitioned to a general practice and has been there ever since. The office allows her to participate in all aspects of patient care and practice management. Trena enjoys endless opportunities to learn new skills and incorporates them into everyday practice. Dental Assisting is a career she would highly recommend and Trena continues to pass her enthusiasm onto her students every day!
