Fay received her B.S. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has served in numerous managerial roles and sales positions for the Disney Company where she was a cast member for over 17 years and was awarded the prestigious “Partners in Excellence Award.” She has a broad range of managerial and marketing experience. Fay is the Director of the Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting where she facilitates the enrollment of students and manages the daily operational needs of the school. Fay is a member of the International Academy of Comprehensive Aesthetics and has completed numerous classes at The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Fay is the originating founder of the school and has great pride in the fact that the school has changed hundreds of lives over the past 15 years and hopes that the school can provide that for many more candidates in the future!

Dr. Kun received his post graduate degree from Temple University School of Dentistry. He has been practicing in PA since 1991. He is a member of The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Association of Functional Orthodontics, The American Academy of Craniofacial pain, and the International College of Cranial Mandibular Orthopedics. Dr. Kun also holds membership in The American Equilibration Society. Dr. Kun has been a sustaining member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and has been awarded fellowships in the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics, The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and The International Association of Physiologic and Aesthetics. Crystal attended LVSODA in 2008. She began her journey as a dental assistant in 2009, employed by Dr. Michael Kun DMD. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and being part of a team. Her duties include chair-side assisting, orthodonic assisting, taking impressions, labwork and educating patients on procedures. Crystal brings experience, love of dentistry and love of people to the school and is very excited about educating students.

Kayla made her dental debut in 2007 working for a local Orthodontist. She attended The Lehigh Valley School of Denal Assisting in 2010 to expand her knowledge of the dental field, and this was just the beginning! In 2016, she gained her Expanded Function Dental Assistant certification. She went on to become certified in phlebotomy in 2023. Kayla has a passion for the dental field and sedation dentistry. To be able to assist with fearful and anxiety driven patients is what makes her feel most accomplished.

Jennifer is a dental assistant and U.S. Navy veteran with an associates degree in surgical technology. She graduated as an EFDA in May of 2026.

She began her journey into the dental field assisting in oral surgery then moved into general dentistry and never looked back. Since then her passion for dentistry has only grown. She looks forward to helping the next generation of Dental Assistants start their journey with Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting.

Kristen is a 2005 graduate of The Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting and has over 20 years of experience in the dental field. While she is trained in many facets of the dental profession, orthodontics is her passion. Kristen works with patients of all ages and strives to make sure that each one has a positive dental experience. She enjoys chairside assisting, taking records and patient education. Recently Kristen started teaching local first graders all about good oral hygiene during dental health month! She is very excited to help educate aspiring dental assistants!
